Group booking policy

About group bookings

At Baystone Bank Farm, we want all guests to enjoy the peace and beauty of our site. By definition, a group is more than four adults or two households. We’ve had some unfortunate experiences in the past, so to keep things fair for everyone, all group bookings must be discussed with us in advance. If you book separately and arrive as a group without telling us, you may be asked to leave.

We’re happy to try and accommodate groups in a suitable area, but we do not allow late-night partying or disruptive behaviour. We’re a quiet, family-friendly site (not a party venue) so please chat with us first. We’re not killjoys, we just care about everyone’s stay.

Please take a few minutes to read through our Campsite Rules and Reminders to help get a feel for the site. It’s also worth noting that as a working fell farm, with grazing horses surrounding the site, we have a zero tolerance rule for anyone disrespecting the place – or the peace.
